It's a solid company and after working in such a big company it helps you to find another job.

There is a lot of favoritism there unfortunately, working there a month it's like working there more then a year, their employee just receive their footwear, helmet and a vest, they are suppost to work in a manufacture getting durty using their own clothes. The hr don't really care to integrate their workers in the company.

Key role with big responsibilities. 80% free time in the afternoon and night shifts.

no raises, almost minimum wage. work in shifts 24/7/365, workers usually dont last more than a year. Hard to integrate night shifts if you are a student.
