Pros
Great team to learn from, very accepting of newer individuals and provides plenty of classes. Able to branch out into other fields. Fast growing company, opportunity to growth wit the company. Was aloud to remote work which was great(pre-covid).
Cons
Burn out can be common, they were making improvements while I was there and th the payout is nice; however, it can be exhausting. Communication can also be better. As an entirely remote company they arent the best at communicating. Ill touch on this as I saw it elsewhere, they need to really explain the hiring process better, theres like a 2 week trial period/interview. I passed and didnt think much of it at the time, but I probably wouldve been angry if I didnt pass as it was described as an interview that well.
