Pros

Upper management 'claims' to want to change the company for the better.

Cons

-Serious lack of communication across the company. -Increase demands, responsibilities, duties of employees (involuntarily) without any compensation. -Taking away any team building time, benefits which goes againts practicing what we preach and making for a hostile and stressful work environment. - Push for increase micromanaging of front line colleagues, creating a sweatshop call center mentality. - Recent and frequent layoffs of long standing employees only to turn around and hire more employees.

Thank you for taking the time to share your viewpoints. It’s clear you have a lot of energy around some of the changes that have recently impacted your specific role. While we value the feedback, for these concerns to be actionable, we’d strongly encourage you to share these with your leaders. Regarding change, we recognize that it can be difficult – and we are a growing, dynamic company that is going through a lot of it. Two elements of change that we ask all our colleagues to bear in mind: it is always with purpose, and it’s necessary to grow our company and customer base – which will allow us the opportunity to impact well-being on a global scale. Embedded in that growth will always be a commitment to provide our customers with the best resources and support available. Thank you for the impact you've had on our members.

Pros

Great team and benefits enable personal growth

Cons

The foundation model for their business is flawed, giving members points for being healthy is great, but often times having members take advantage of the remote aspect of the role, being rude and not following company requirements. Sharecare doesn't nullify or prevent this, causing coaches to be burdened with both angry carriers and requirements from the company. All while stressing about the metrics. Add in not fully explained job requirements until 6 months, where you are handling up to 80 calls in a day. With managers that do little to help mental and day you just need to be better.
