A long way to go - Anonymous employee Sharecare Employee Review

It's important to us to hear our employees' perspectives, and we sincerely hope that you shared yours during the time you spent as a Sharecare colleague. Depending on when you were with Sharecare, you may have heard about the strides we're making to connect employees differently and in ways that keep them informed about the business. We continue to host quarterly all-hands for all employees that include comprehensive business updates. We also use our internal newsletter to share wins, updates and stories about employees with our global internal audience. Though we recognize we still have work to do, we've received really positive feedback about the strides we've made towards connecting and informing our employees, and are exciting about expanding those efforts in the near future. Finally, we appreciate you highlighting for us that we need to market our Human Resources department differently! Our HR team is made up of approximately 20 team members boasting specialized skills in all areas of HR, and is represented in all major offices around the globe.
