Stability, great atmoshphere, nice surrounding area indoors and out, in the heart of downtown..lots of perks and bonus package.....

Cons

The company is a subsidary of Blue Cross Blue Sheild so you kinda have "Big Brother" lookling over your shoulder. Can be some turnover

In 2014, an IT Analytics Company using the name Shared Health was disbanded, and that name was given to a new Government Healthcare Development Company. While we take value in the review left for the previous company, recognize that Shared Health is now a different entity, with new leadership and a new mission.

Pros

Great people doing good work for members who needed a lot of help. It just isn't a good time to be in Health Insurance. This company falls under the BlueCross BlueShield of TN umbrella and won't exist after 2025.

Cons

Long-term viability. You won't retire from here unless you get absorbed by BCBST
