flexible hours for part timers. co-workers are friendly, they treat you like a family.
Cons
horrible management, hard to get promoted, average benefit plans, they don't train you property - you have to train yourself to adjust to the working environment. Employees are underpaid compared to other credit unions or financial institutions.
