Cons
SharpStream has recently been acquired by Bauer Media Group, this is an exciting time that has increased our resources 10-fold. However, this has not come without it's teething issues while integrating into Bauer's systems (as you would expect)
A massive effort has been put in over the last two years to upgrade technology, workflows, documentation and distribution on knowledge silos - this however is always an iterative process with small teams.
There is a fairly compensation 24/7 support. As the company grows this becomes less frequent - I personally haven't had an OOH incident in a year, but, it is mandatory.
There is the occasional need to provided OOH maintenance, however, this is planned well in advance and is compensated via a toil system. You would not be expected to do server maintenance at 12, and then begin a work day as usual at 9am.
