Everything about the company was good in my opinion.

None that I have to state.

As a smaller company there is room to grow, especially as the territory grows..

When I was there, I went through three CEOs in under 3 years, first one was awesome, second was okay, third was terrible.. But the 3rd has since been fired.. As leadership changes so does a desire to use technology to figure out all the holes in their systems.. The place was Swiss cheese when I left, with 0 desire to fix the system.. I was an office worker.. there was a massive rift between the people that actually did the work in the plant, or drivers, versus the office... And at times it seemed like talking to two different worlds..
