Pros
Started as an unpaid intern, end up making a salary I never imagined.
I worked really hard, many hours, and gave more than I should have (not my company) but it paid off, literally. This job turned career, is extremely rewarding because when you work hard at Shashi, you will get much in return. Freedom, leadership, creative input, generous bonuses, and yearly raises. I've learned so much working here. The owner has a heart of gold, especially if she likes you. Thankfully we never had an issue. The owners values / ethics as a person are incredible. Being part of a fast growing company is exciting everyday.I love my job. Very grateful.
Cons
-A lot of responsibility, which can be hard to juggle with personal life at time.
-If you don't care about your job, the owner will notice immediately and not waste her time or yours. I respect that, but sometimes others don't. She has no tolerance/patience for employees who slack and don't care, for me its a pro, as colleagues who care inspire me to work harder too.
-I wish everyone dressed up more to the office.
-when people take advantage of the owners generosity and good intentions.
