So much to learn. If you are in the right department it can be a wonderful place to work and grow.
Cons
Some departments (IT/BMA) have a serious lack people leadership skills, and results come before culture or doing the right thing. Lawsuit waiting to happen. High turn over. Upper management in IT needs an overhaul. Many reorgs and layoffs.. Fear based environment. Burn out is common.
