Little guys with big attitude - Engineer Shaw Construction Employee Review

Most of the management people are rude, and extremely moody. Playing golf in the working hours, very low knowledge of how to manage their fellow employees, not even saying hi to lower people is a common trait to be found. Constant cursing and swearing with F words such a way that you may think these guys need mental counselling immediately. HR is good though, but very hard to reach. At a point, you would think - "should I trust them? Will I be in trouble if I reach to HR". Not the fault of HRs, but it’s the impression the company made.
