Overworked and under paid.
Interview method is absolutely horrible.
They hand pick who they want.
Favorites are certainly a thing.
Can't move up, you don't have enough experience.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review. I'm disappointed to hear you feel you've observed favoritism in terms of advancement, as we strive to be fair in each of the decisions we make, even if the choices aren't obvious. The good news is that we are currently re-evaluating our interview and orientation processes, so I'd like to get in touch with you so we can incorporate your feedback. Thank you.

Shaw offers a lot of opportunities for growth, great work life balance, very flexible, and has great values.
Cons
Very hard to get pay bumps / raises due to not having a standard annual review. They use "pay for performance" which allows them to dictate WHEN you receive a raise. Even if you're going above and beyond you really have to document every little thing you do here to argue for a raise.
