      Pros

      Friendly Co-workers and great HR personnel. You can always count on HR to resolve an issue with no bias.

      Cons

      Benefits are horrible. Vacation is almost non existent the first year. Company relies on point system to heavily. Life happens and a great company should make exceptions for certain situations. No pay for snow days when the company shuts down!!!

      Pros

      Shaw offers a lot of opportunities for growth, great work life balance, very flexible, and has great values.

      Cons

      Very hard to get pay bumps / raises due to not having a standard annual review. They use "pay for performance" which allows them to dictate WHEN you receive a raise. Even if you're going above and beyond you really have to document every little thing you do here to argue for a raise.
