      Pros

      Encourages movement within the company and growth.

      Cons

      Despite how hard they try to push diversity and inclusion, there is severe mistreatment all around the company and people just let it happen. Its a big company, so it is really dependent on who you work with, some are great and some are far from it. Very much "Good ole boy" Culture. Pay is not competitive at all and they love underpaying salaried associates.

      Pros

      Shaw offers a lot of opportunities for growth, great work life balance, very flexible, and has great values.

      Cons

      Very hard to get pay bumps / raises due to not having a standard annual review. They use "pay for performance" which allows them to dictate WHEN you receive a raise. Even if you're going above and beyond you really have to document every little thing you do here to argue for a raise.
