- Good if you're looking for a remote job, and if you've got years of marketing experience behind you. - Culture of care and respect in the team and from management - Relatively low stress - Most people you meet in the business are great
Cons
- Limiting pay and progression - Can be cliquey (but that's like a lot of jobs) - Guidance and expectations are often vague (mainly because management are stretched) - Complex organisation - structurally and also makes it tricky from a marketing perspective. - Isolation if working remotely - Feast and famine in regards to workload
