Pros
Shaw's offered a discount program for employees which was helpful when purchasing items for breaks or for home. They also have a 401k plan for all employees.
Cons
The business is quite slow and shifts are often boring because of this fact. If working as a cashier, the majority of a shift can be spent standing around and trying to keep yourself busy.
