Management was excellent allowing time off. Strong leadership from the store level. Upper management rarely interferes in day to day operations at the store level.
Cons
Seldom praise for hard work or a job well done. Sales continue to drop due to high prices, and upper management fails to react. Store management ignored many ideas of rank and file employees.
