Pros
The money was on par (or better,) than most hourly LP jobs. The medical was the best I'd ever seen in a non-union job, and mileage was paid when you had to travel to another store.
Cons
Little to no opportunities for growth. The job would sometimes tend to get boring—huge turnover in the department. Superiors did not have your back.
