Great leadership team in board

None to mention at this time

They are pretty good about giving you time off during the holidays. They do not micro manage and allow flexibility to handle personal issues if they arise.

Lack of communication, need more defined roles in the company too many handing off of job duties, technology not utilized to its full potential.
