      Pros

      Good pay, holiday entitlement, benefits and some of the people.

      Cons

      Bullying culture is the norm. Was an amazing company 5 years ago, now one of the worst I have ever worked for. The good people are leaving as there are absolutely no prospects unless you're part of the clique!

      Inclusive nevironment, Fast paced, growing bank

      Cons

      Can be repetative, there is automantion but resources with the background of automation are needed, as the compnay grew, I feel the human ouch was lost and its becoming more of a corporate
