Pros
Colleagues are wonderful. Everyone is in the trenches together. Other than that, this place is pure trash.
Cons
-Integration with Unilever mismanaged
-Communication from leadership extremely unclear and purposefully vague. No true accountability.
-Salaries not adjusted to what legacy Unilever employees make, but the workload and performance expectations have increased tenfold.
-Most employees making 40% less than industry average for their titles, even lower when comparing to Unilever counterparts
-Performance reviews promised, but no line of sight given as to how we will be assessed since no goals have been established
-Long Island headquarters closing but due to the mentioned lack of communication no one is certain on how to financially plan for the future. Moving some teams to a NYC office with no adjustments to salary = people can not afford to go to work anymore 🤯 No line of sight to what will happen to the teams who aren’t moving offices.
-Teams and individuals are not set up for success. Period. People cry daily, but then work until midnight to make sure the work is done. It’s a sick mental game with no regard from leadership as to how it is impacting health, relationships and lives outside of the office.
