Pros
the amount of vacations, time off, lunch breaks, rest periods, and benefits are very good. The work is steady and consistent with a regular routine developing very fast. Independent and quiet work environment with little disturbances.
Cons
Management style is top down, and old fashion. Manager hard to reach. Little instruction on complex issues that might arise, during the beginning and throughout the time spent there. Unionized so promotion is based on seniority not merit, so incompetence is often. Average age of employees there 40-60 years old. Over worked because of lack of ability to hire budgets set by committee. Software used to complete task old and archaic, again inability to buy new because of budgets set by committee.
