I liked working at sheckys because it was a small company that did a lot of things and reached a lot of people. It's rare to get to see how a company like this works so closely with the head people. I learned a lot in a really short period of time.
Cons
It's a small company so everyone needed to pitch in doing everything. I didn't particularly like having to be soooo hands on, but not the worst thing.
The owners used to be involved. Almost every meeting broke down into them screaming at each other -- supposedly about the topic at hand -- but not. Everyone was trapped in a room staring at them. Top level crazy.
