Experience to use for future employment

Cons

I worked in the call center. Management was shady. Employees park on the side of the road and have to fight to find parking. Most coworkers were not willing to help answer questions asked by new employees. Pay was very low and cold calling customers was awful.

Work-life balance was reasonable Management provided meals during weekends and holidays Efforts were made to support staff during busy periods with small perks

Cons

Long working hours with frequent understaffing High employee turnover, with staff easily replaced Lack of job security, Limited support from management in resolving performance concerns Health insurance offered poor coverage with high employee costs
