Sheer has a great work environment

There are not any cons I can think of

Hybrid schedule and STL office has good managers

Horrible leadership, does not pay carries, in deep financial trouble, no raises, no bonuses. This place has become the laughing stock of the industry with how they treat their carriers and employees. Most likely will close within a year or two at the most
