      It was a good place to work - benefits - retirement plan -

      Cons

      more work than was shown in the job description; moved to open concept offices - I understood this but it was very difficult to keep concentration on work when there were so many voices around you - this does not promote shared problem resolution and is very very distracting

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
