Pros
World scale integrated organisation. Company enables a career path across different business, allowing different experiences to be gained in one company. Very meritocratic. Ok salary, very solid secondary conditions.
Cons
Hard to get an international posting in most businesses. Can be bureaucratic, organisation has a lot of 'fat' and red tape. Highly risk averse, both in business decisions and in management style. A lot of managers are not eager to take a chance on developing new staff.
