Not good for women , specially when you are in pregnancy - Anonymous employee Shell Employee Review

There are lot many I can say which I feel and it's not about me but same for all those who fall under that politics. 1.Managers are always do micro management,even though you have good idea to implement they will not allow to do. 2.though shell hire lot many ppl,but some of are don't even know the meaning of team work nd the interesting part which I face is those persons are getting good exposure as they might b technical strong even though they have lack f other things 3.Shell policies are made so cleverly with respect to probation.They extended the probation prior to short notice and it's totally based on politics,so girls plz don't join shell when you are more concern with family bcz shell don't have any value of it.they don't hv lop not even any option where you can maintain your family life.only they have non sense excuses.i think it should be highlighted with human resource department so that dey can atleast help for those poor ladies like me.As per I know al company has atleast lop options bt this company won't have. 4.Hr seems to be so supportive but it's not the case while you need anything from them you can better know this.but I can say hr head is quite better in this. 5.in induction they ll explain. You lots many gud things but don't believe unless you face.they think ppl r simply don't know.specilly when I was pregnant .Team members are like feel me so bad that I m pregnant. Dey don't even talk not even helped. One person even misbehave which is against shell policies but the manager don't do even I discussed so here managers are no use. These are the things which force me to leave as that time ma priority was ma family and unfortunately also unexpected I can say SHELL is not the destiny.
