Shell's business activities are very interesting, it has an open culture, the compensation in the Netherlands is above average, the people that work at Shell are very smart

Shell is overly complex, leading to lack of understanding in the organisation of how things work, Shell is very risk averse and lacks a commercial mindset, Shell has difficulty providing the right opportunities to it's talented employees which leaves many people frustrated.
