Living Wage Employer, Training when the trainer could be bothered to turn up.

Cons

Awful manager focused on stats, stats and stats 4 managers in 6 months High turn over of staff due to stress and constant burnout High sickness levels on the team Told off if you start early or leave late but constantly told to go out and deliver outstanding customers service but then fired when your calls are too long.
