      A good place to get your foot in the door with a big company, decent pay and benefits, OK insurance, tuition reimbursement, opportunities to transfer after two year commitment

      Cons

      In certain departments there is a lot of micro-management , upper management blows off issues that need to be addressed and causes low morale in certain departments
