Great work environments, knowledgeable employees who get on with the job and their is not office politics

Need to be more understanding around WFH, some departments are allowed to come into the office one day per week, while other MUST come into the office three days per week.
Absolutely no team building or social activities since we moved, no chocolate Fridays, team lunches, drinks. NOTHING.... really sad compared to the great culture of ERM
