Not really a con, but it is up to you as the intern get the most out of this experience. Ask for more responsibility and work, otherwise, they won't know to give it to you.

Shelton Interactive has a team of good people who work hard and have fun. The company core values are solid, and leadership makes a noteworthy effort to make decisions through that lens. Great company parties, monthly happy hours, birthday gifts, and opportunities to work remote are great perks.

There is a lot of work dispersed over a small team, so long days are more common than they are exceptions.
