UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY - Graduate Research Analyst ShenCoh Associates Employee Review

As a foreigner working at the company I have to say that I was warmly welcomed and have been treated the same way as my native colleagues, which is a very nice experience since I have experienced different approaches but employees and managers of Shencoh are very professional, the culture and environment within the company is very enjoyable, there are weekly stars of the week, fun meetings with jokes and riddles, the managers are helpful and approachable. The workload is distributed fairly and when I need a help or just a piece of advice I can approach anyone and they are more than happy to help. You can't hide in Shencoh which is good, everyone knows what we're up to during weekends or what we planned for our holidays, the work experience gets more personal here and since we are not robots but humans, we need to feel 'at home' in the company where we spend most of our week. They're even very keen to implement new ideas of the employees so the employee has a chance to shape the business in some way if they wish to do so. To summarize, I am glad that the hiring managers gave me a chance to work at Shencoh, I like the environment and the way things are done there.

Give graduate jobs easily without checking degree etc. No checks needed

Worked here for 5 months and they got rid of me a few weeks before my probation after a took a few days off ill due to an acute chronic condition however the company lied about the reason and said it was because another colleague said I was on my mobile phone with no evidence. No one at the company has worked there for over 9months except directors. I’ve seen them unfairly dismiss two other graduates and they would have already recruited and have someone to sit in their desk by the next day. One of which they dismissed because another company asked for a reference and they found it disrespectful. Office bullying takes place and no one is asked to answer for it. It’s all just about them scamming as much money out of small businesses as possible either by trapping them in a contract when they have no R&D and are honest or by exaggerating or even lying about the R&D That has taken place. They will lie there is a bonus scheme to pull u into the job this is a LIE there is no bonus scheme or very minimal the most u can make is 50£ a month each however it is a team target and rarely reached. I would rate everything zero but that is not an option that’s why they got 1 star
