Pros
- Good bonuses & profit-sharing. - Meals are provided (Either Lunch Or Dinner) - Some outlets, depending on chance, have friendly and supportive colleagues. - Get to experience in packing & sorting goods although it’s considered brain dead & exhausting.
Cons
- Limited meal breaks (15–30 minutes) - Lack of Mandarin proficiency makes integration difficult. - Unhealthy culture of working overtime despite it not being mandatory. - New trainees receive inadequate training unless they’re part of the inner circle. - Depending on outlet, some supervisors are toxic & will use every chance they get to pick on you while those who work closely with them is spared. - Difficult & rude customers. - Carrying heavy goods & standing all day.
