Join only if you hate yourself - Software Engineer Sheorey Digital Systems Employee Review

As the company is very small entire power has been distributed among 3-4 manner-less managers. No concept of TL,SSE or SE as every one is slave and report to one single person (Manager). I'm working under a Manager. He is the cheapest guy i have ever come across. He doesn't know how to respect people. He will scold anyone left and right in front of everyone for minor mistakes.Those who doesn't lick his leg 24/7 will have hard time staying here. He is always surrounded by 3-4 spineless looser those who wont get job anywhere else. Everyone in the company hates him but no one has the guts to say anything. Everyone is suffocating here but as most of the people working here are bit old and unqualified so they are scared of leaving the company. I'll get out of this holy hell as soon i get a chance.
