Pros
Management cares about employees. I've worked a lot of places and never had supervisors that seemed to care so much about me as a person. Next to the patients, the employees seem to be the most important thing here. Staffing ratios are MUCH better than other hospitals.
Cons
Just like every other hospital I've worked at, the patients seem to be getting sicker every year. At least here, I usually have enough time to take care of my patients.
