From Tammy King, Chief Nurse Executive: We are extremely proud of our hard working, dedicated, and caring staff. Without the kind of staff we have in place, Shepherd Center would not be able to provide the world class care for which we are so well known. We have encounted a lot of change over the last two years from upgrades to our electronic records system to complying with increased scrutiny and cost constraints all health care organizations are experiencing. We value all of our staff and make efforts to round with them on a regular basis. Some changes are made immediately as a result of feedback and other requests with greater impacts for other staff and patient care are considered more carefully. We encourage our employees to let us know what they need to help make them successful. We will do our best to provide all the resources and smooth processes needed for success.
