Pros
Wonderul place to work, teamwork, feel appreciated, weekly update emails from director of nursing, pay is far better than others, always available shifts to pick up, very enthusiastic workforce and very rewarding
Cons
Very Very rarely, like 2 times a yr, you may end up with 7 patients if there is a scheduling issues. Mostly 5-6 pt load. But- everybody, including charge nurses help out.
