Pros
Shepherd Center is very supportive of their employees. The hiring process is fairly quick compared to other healthcare facilities. The environment is positive and uplifting. I like working here because it gives me an opportunity to build a relationship with both my patients and my coworkers.
Cons
Schedules are set, but management is pretty good about working with their employees through needed schedule changes.
