Pros
Inclusive culture, open door policy, accommodating, family feel even with approximately 2k employees, each department is unique, but the whole hospital comes together, Shepherd has handled the COVID-19 pandemic beautifully, I feel safe working here.
Cons
I don't have much to report on the cob side of things. Sometimes work life balance can be hard, but if you communicate with your supervisor about your needs, they are very accommodating and legitimately want you to be happy in your position.
