Not fantastic PTO accrual when you first start working. Lumped in with sick time and accrues at slower rate than holiday time from past employer (i.e last employer accrued at 8 hrs/2 weeks with separate sick bank vs 7.4 hours that includes both) This creates a culture that leaves clinicians to choose between coming in sick or potentially not getting to take a vacation.
