Pros
Enjoyable work environment, we've all worked somewhere we dread going and Sherpa is not one of these places, truly a family atmosphere. Clear scheduling and task that are laid out and understood around the board, everyone knows what needs to be done and nobody micromanages your work. Leadership that listens, understands and truly value your experience, even as a day one hire I had input and didn't feel like I was muzzled in a meeting when I had input for a project. They take all experience and knowledge as genuine conversation.
Cons
Small company growing pains, we get temporarily overwhelmed feelings of maybe we bit off more than we should, but we quickly realize we have the team necessary to accomplish the given task. That is the biggest feeling I get now, is we just work hard and hard work always pays off.
