The management team is very supportive and helpful. Communication is open, and there is plenty of freedom to interact and socialize, even while working remotely.
Cons
Positions can be customer facing, which entails the usual pitfalls of a call center type environment. Can be difficult at times to keep up with all the new services and changes with a fast growing environment.
