Great Pay. Hires from within. Opportunity to advance if you play their game.
Cons
Upper mangement is clueless. Work is delegated down and then upper management takes credit. Often no idea of what our managers are even working on. They claim to care about their employees but are bogged down in antiquated ideals that are making early talent look elsewhere.
