Pros

Relationships with friendly customers/contractors Supportive City Manager Clean store Friendly coworkers High room for growth due to high turnover Salary

Cons

Literally everything else! You literally live, breathe, and sleep this job. You will have no work/life balance because every single store is understaffed... They had me working 11/12 hour days 7 days in a row with a one day break and then working nonstop another 9 days... with very little to no appreciation. this is not uncommon Every other day you want to bang yourself on the head and jump off a bridge, a lot of customers have no empathy and will disrespect you every single day. You don't even get any time to take a break because its so understaffed and when you do... you feel bad for leaving your coworker alone. Management was lazy and expected the MTP (me) work more than management (even tho I don't get bonus'd from working my butt off for their store). Corporate doesn't care... they're so greedy that they clearly see the employees drowning and they don't do anything to alleviate the pain. I deeply regreted accepting this job... Worst decision of my life. Word of advice: You deserve better, take your hard work somewhere else. PLEASE

Pros

Leadership training, flexible schedule if your store has the necessary staffing, 401k match

Cons

If you don't have staffing then you are required to work weekends consistently, Sales calls requirements keep getting higher and higher, incompetent corporate leadership. Pay is based on 44 hours worked weekly for assistants(48 for Store managers; leaves room for less work/life balance
