Pros

Relaxed, autonomy, good bonus potential if you manage/increase sales, for the most part good opportunity for promotion, good training, multiple celebration events throughout year, good benefits, excellent stock performance,

Cons

not alot of resources to motivate store associates, no break rooms, no real lunch break schedules, managers can be overworked and not paid for overtime, not alot of option outside of store or sales going through mtp, a little bit of old school mentality in regard to selecting candidates- some people in positions for the wrong reasons, certain departments are very very inefficient and hurt other parts of the company, lack of investment/attention in store associates,

Pros

Leadership training, flexible schedule if your store has the necessary staffing, 401k match

Cons

If you don't have staffing then you are required to work weekends consistently, Sales calls requirements keep getting higher and higher, incompetent corporate leadership. Pay is based on 44 hours worked weekly for assistants(48 for Store managers; leaves room for less work/life balance
