      No job security, Company can terminate you without any reason they will say you are not affordable. The question lies here is if the company can't afford a employee then why was he/she hired

      Worts company, can ask you to leave anytime with no reason. No managent. Will ask forcefully to put resignation.

      1. No work life balance 2. Poor management 3. Micromanagement 4. No bonus 5. Bare minimum increment 6. NO JOB SECURITY 7. Scarcity mindset 8. Overtime and work on weekends 9. Different treatment for favorite and non favorite employees 10. Tremendous Workload 11. fake Promises 12. zero appreciation for employees 13. Greedy managers 14. constant competition with each employees and team
