Great coworkers to work with

Terrible management and lack of communication

Friendly and helpful coworkers but terrible management

Bad pay and absolute minimum benefits and vacation provided. The entire company feels like there's an us verses them mentality between the management and everyone else. Lots of nepotism in the upper level of the company and not much room for advancement unless your a friend or family member of the CEO.
