Pros
Good benefits, kind employees at the low-levels of hierarchy.
Cons
If you enjoy being undermined, underpaid, and unappreciated, look no further! At Shift, I was consistently treated poorly by all levels of management. No conflict resolution exists, and the management is free to run loose as they are the CEO's buddies. Multiple complaints about this have been ignored. At Shift, you will never be thanked for working hard or completing assignments, except for a not-actually-monthly lunch. The reward for being a good employee include more work and higher expectations, no career mobility, and menial raises. Mental health is ignored and burnout seems to be a goal of management. Training is a learn-by-mistakes model, and you will be judged for this. I do not recommend working at Shift, as numerous low-level workers are actively trying to find a way out.
